Hotel was nice, friendly reception staff who were helpful. Outside of city centre had to get tram 4, which on initial arrival was very difficult to locate. Luckily a lovely polish man took us to the tram stop, god bless him. Trams very cheap indeed. Went on 2 tours - Auschwitz & Salt mines, downside being had to get a taxi to a pick up hotel closer to the city centre. But cost approx £6. We stayed for three nights at this Hotel and were very impressed with the room, which was spacious, well appointed and clean.
