Great stay
Great stay. Excellent location and cost. We stopped on top floor and couldn't get wifi to work in the room, but overall a great stay in a great location. Your own apartment in Kraków old town for a great price with walking distance to "everything". I'll be booking the same place the next time in Kraków. Relaxing space in Old Town Krakow
COT Guesthouse is a short walk from the Hotel Elecktor which is its management center. The hotel staff were kind and patient with our lack of Polish language. They called taxis for us and left us the fans and blankets we asked for. They kindly stored our luggage on the last day. Ok accomodations in central area
We had a very nice room in the attic. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in general correct. The only issue we had was that we did not get hot water. We had barely warm showers for two days in January. Cracow gets cold in the winter so this was not ideal. When we complained we were told that the issue had been solved but then it wasn't. We got to pay for an already broken toilet
They made us pay for a toilet that already was broken. Very bad service.We arrived Friday, and had rented 6 apartments. Saturday morning I get the information about that toilet and that’s it’s broken now, and then I give that information to the reception. They claim they always check the rooms, but they wound admit that they can see a crack on the photo.If you zoom in on the photo you can see it’s… They made us pay for a toilet that already was broken.
