First visit to krakow
Lovely apartment hotel. Clear instructions and responds to emails very fast. We had a room for 4 and it was a little small as in the elves of the building. Central location, apartment fine and clean. However, very poor management, no communication. We arrived before check in time unaware that the place has no human available to speak to except the cleaners who were kind and thankfully helpful. Myself and my partner arrived here for a short stay, the room is very nicely decorated and was stunning, great facilities and within walking distance from all the local attractions. Our tv had no signal or wifi so we were unable to use it the whole time we were there.. Beautiful apartment in a good location.
Really modern apartment with great access to tram, bus and train stops. Only a couple of minutes walk from the old town of Krakow and the main square. Staff were really helpful over the phone when arriving at the hotel late at night. We had everything we needed. Even though tap water is drinkable in Krakow they provided us with bottled sparkling water as well which was nice.
