Arrived for a 3 night break with my daughter and had a great stay,staff are very attentive.We arranged pickup and collection via the hotel with ease.The location is fantastic,literally step out and on to the main square,rooms were also great,comfortable bed and very clean,bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch also.Will definitely be looking to rebook again in the near future.Arrived for a 3 night break with my daughter and had a great stay,staff are very attentive.We arranged pickup and collection via the hotel with ease.The location is fantastic,literally step out and on to the main square,rooms were also great,comfortable bed an…

We stayed 5 nights and loved this hotel. Rooms are excellent and clean, breakfast was a good variety and fresh. The added touch of bubbles on arrival was fantastic. A beautiful room (more like a suite) overlooking the stunning main square, Rynek Glowney, right in the heart of Krakow. Artur and the other reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. This hotel is located on the Main Square which is convenient to wherever you need to go.We stayed in a Premium room which was great. It didnt overlook the Main Square but that was fine with us.
