Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful & spotlessly clean. Deco was stunning. Rooms were amazing, Molton Brown products used, hairdryer, iron, shoe cleaning kit, slippers, bathrobes, nespresso coffee machines in rooms, bottled water provided daily, although tap water is perfectly fine. Comfy large bed with sumptuous pillows. Breakfast was lovely… Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful & spotlessly clean. Deco was stunning. What a fantastic hotel experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Lawander on reception and Asher in the restaurant, who were both absolutely excellent. Well what a truly amazing hotel just got home today the rooms are beautiful and the staff are amazing too.We was bed and breakfast and wow the breakfast was fabulous and the waitresses were very smiley and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you to ensure you had anything you wanted top class.I’d give them 10 stars if I could .Will definitely return to this hotel. Excellent service and breakfast. Quiet and clean rooms. Location beside Wawel castle and walking distance to old town and jewish quarters.
