Location good. No reception just a person a on phone/intercom. Keys just left in a lock box. Stairs no lift great with a heavy suitcase. Not a hotel, more like student accommodation.Location good. We stayed here for 3 nights end of February. We thought it was great. For the price you pay, it's what we expected. It's basic but that's all it has to be for a few nights. It's very clean. The shower works fine and water was hot. Tea and coffee making facilities. It has no reception, you get a code for the door and for your key which is in a key safe as you walk in. This is such a lovely Aparthotel, it’s very clean with rooms being cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. They gave us advice and tips on travel and where to find places. It’s situated in such a good spot you are in the Jewish quarter but also near the main square so for us this was the ideal choice. Basic but nice room and location in the Jewish Quarter. Good location, 5 mins walk to Jewish market, 20 mins from main square and Schindler factory but quicker by tram. Don't be fooled by the photos on TripAdvisor, the rooms shown are not the Armon residence but the main Spatz hotel, the Armon is a sister building, there is no reception in the Armon when you arrive you speak to someone via intercom to get a code to enter the building and for a lockbox which has your room key.
