  My wife and I stayed in Apartment 8 in the middle of December. What a great location from which to enjoy all that Krakow had to offer.The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had everything we needed and more - even a small table top Xmas tree which was a nice touch.   Just returned after 5 nights with my husband and two children. We arrived at night, but we were emailed the access code before arrival and the access was straight forward.   Staying here for 5 nights , with my husband and twin daughters aged 14 . The place is immaculately clean , we did the early self check in , which was easy and communication was great .The apartment is a great size and very modern and has everything you require.   Just returned from a lovely four night stay in Room 7. Absolutely loved the place. The room is spacious and modern and they have thought of everything. It really is a home from home. I've given 5* cos there really was no way it didn't deserve it. However my comments would be - if struggle with stairs makes sure you have a room with the bed on the same level.
