One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever experienced. We booked this hotel through easyjet holidays. We arrived at 11.30am & could not check in until 3pm. No effort was made to have the room ready before this time. Disappointing after being up from 2am. Gorgeous little hotel. Very cute. Decor is very vintage/royal style which is what attracted me to book. To start with, check in is only 3pm-6pm. We arrived at around 10pm but hotel had contacted us prior to send us a link to an app for a Bluetooth check in. Simple enough. There isn’t a lift that we noticed, so bear this in mind. The hotel and the rooms are spotless. The staff is pleasant especially a girl serving the breakfast. The room was a bit disappointing as we didn’t even get Juliet’s balcony just a window that is hard to open. You get a card for the shared balcony but it’s a bit pointless if it isn’t next to your room. The hotel is in a brilliant location and that was the main reason for choosing it. The setting for this hotel is good as it is right in the midst of the Old Jewish Quarter so full of history and atmospheric buildings. the building itself is very old with an amazing squared staircase (no lift so had to carry cases upstairs) over all three floors.
