Great location, easy walking to the Castle, the Town Square, the river. Clean and comfortable, very close to Plac Nowy, with many options of restaurants and cafes close by. Next to Kazimierz popular square. Close-by restaurants and winebar. The checkin was trouble-free and efficient. The room eas a bit chilly as we arrived, but heated up quickly. No warmth in bath floor, but bath and room was spacious. 20 min walk to Schindler’s factory and 20 min walk to the old town. A fantastic stay right in the heart of The Jewish Quarter.
Surrounded by bars, restaurants and street food eateries...We couldn't ask for anything more convenient...A short walk from the more touristy main square. We prefered the more hip and arty feel of the place...No two bars are the same and there is plenty of choice when exploring the area of Kazimierz. Unhelpful and stressful experience while checking in, tried to make us pay twice
When arriving at the hotel, our key card wouldn’t work. We went down to reception and the woman couldn’t of been more unhelpful. She said I cancelled the booking two hours ago which I would’ve been in the plane in the sky at that point. When I tried telling her how to spell my Irish name she wouldn’t listen. Wouldn’t listen to anything we said in fact. Tried to get us to pay for our nights stay ag… When arriving at the hotel, our key card wouldn’t work. Tried to cancel our booking while we were on the plane over
I have to say, the apartment was beautiful and had amazing features. However, what completely ruined my stay was when I arrived at the virtual reception (which I now hate), the receptionist tried to tell us our booking was cancelled and tried to get us to pay for the nights we had booked again. When I attempted to explain to her that we could not get into the virtual reception if it was cancelled… I have to say, the apartment was beautiful and had amazing features.
