  An amazing hotel. Beautifully clean, very comfortable & modern throughout whilst retaining a classic charm. The room facilities were excellent, breakfast was delicious & plentiful & the staff were kind, helpful & courteous. The main square in Kraków is only a short walk away.An amazing hotel.   Situated in a lovely old property with an interesting history, approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town.We enjoyed a good stay in a spacious and well appointed ensuite room.   The hotel is in an excellent location for the market square The room is very nice however the air con does not work. I chose the hotel for this reason as I like a cold room to sleep in.   Very nice hotel, in an old building, but completely modernized and the rooms are fully equipped. The room was spacious and equipped with good beds, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom with a perfect shower. The staff was extremely friendly. There was an extensive and good breakfast buffet.   Disappointing experience. There was a glitch with booking.com so I called to check if they had a reservation for me. I was told they had a booking for a family member but not in my name.
