Thin walls, loud people, and party downstairs. You can even hear talks next room. Nobody cares about you when you're asking for silence around 11 p.m. (during party) - they don't even try to turn down the music. Breakfasts are bland, and the same every day. Second time staying at this hotel whilst bringing out humanitarian aid for Ukraine. Rooms are great, food is great and staff are great. Special mention though goes to Klaudia in the restaurant for putting up with my lack of Polish and even teaching me a few words, she really is a lovely warm person and someone who makes a real difference. Nice place, generally we came back as we were staying there few years ago and it was kind of sentiment. Generally room was clean, some cigarettes smell spoiled atmosphere but generally ok! breakfast was also quite ok. Good hotel, in a silent area (even if not easy to reach), with a friendly, kind and helpful staff. We had a nice room with good wifi.
