This place is great. I recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly hotel. Very nice service. Very cute aquarium with fish. Gym and pool very nice. Me and my friend staying in hotel (Hotel Diament Spodek, Katowice,Poland). This is to bring to your notice that we are extremely disappointed with the services quality. Good value for money and excellent location for Conference Centre. Surprisingly good restaurant for breakfast. Rooms adequate and consistent with the price. Bed rather low but fine. Staff at reception did not know to get to their countries biggest attraction..Auschwitz. Staff don't acknowledge customers at anytime.Had to purchase extra tea,coffee and milk as there were only refilled daily.Hotel does not own the wellness centre and you have to pay extra to use these facilities.
