The hospitality and service were excellent.

Exceptional stay with my family! From the moment we arrived the front desk team was incredibly welcoming and quickly checked us in, The porter carried our bags to the room. Our room was large and spotless. The bed was very soft. We ordered from in room dine in and the food arrived perfectly hot with in 20 mins.This hotel deserves a perfect score. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

Overall, it was a good experience, but I expected more, particularly from the rooms. They didn't quite meet my expectations.I truly appreciate the help of Ms. Regine at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout my stay. Her excellent customer service made my experience even more pleasant.

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent facilities and warm hospitality of the staff.A special thank you to Sir Karl at the reception for his outstanding service. Friendly Staff, But Fell Short of Expectations

The staff were the highlight of our stay—everyone was warm, courteous, and approachable. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake for our child, and we’re grateful for the thoughtful gesture.That said, the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. Our room overlooked the parking lot, the hot shower wasn’t working properly, and the hotel lacked the warm, luxurious, and welcoming atmosphere we’ve experienced at other 5-star properties.While we appreciated the birthday cake, the celebration felt less memorable compared to our previous stays at other 5-star hotels, where special occasions included more personalized touches. Overall, the excellent staff made a positive impression, but the facilities and overall experience fell short of what we expected from a 5-star hotel.
