Hugely disappointing for a big brand

The hotel needs some basic maintenance, ripped carpets causing trip hazards in corridors, broken tiles in the bathroom, ridiculously small single beds in a deluxe double bedroom. We stayed twice and both times had to wait till well after 3pm to get our rooms when check in is from 2pm. One of the worst experience in booking a hotel. We went here at 12:30 for registration and went out for lunch. When we came back at 1:50pm they told us that the unit is under inspection. It’s been 40 minutes and 2:35pm we haven’t entered the unit YET! SUCH A HASSLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FOR THIS KIND OF HOTEL!!
