Hotel very much dated. Front desk lady charged me wrongfully. Even put me on single occupancy whereas breakfast was confusingly on my account. While the room was cool , the Tv ( which is not a smart one) doesn’t work. Looks needed another refurbishment. Only prime advantage is of course the location fronting luxury mall . Another advantage is the highly consistent breakfast buffet.Hotel very much dated. Front desk lady charged me wrongfully. This was my third time at this hotel (my last stay was July 2019). The hotel is located in one of the best locations in Makati, opposite the Greenbelt malls and adjacent to Landmark mall, which is connected to Glorietta and SM malls.
