    Hotel very much dated. Front desk lady charged me wrongfully. Even put me on single occupancy whereas breakfast was confusingly on my account. While the room was cool , the Tv ( which is not a smart one) doesn’t work. Looks needed another refurbishment. Only prime advantage is of course the location fronting luxury mall . Another advantage is the highly consistent breakfast buffet.

    One of the oldest 5-star hotels in an excellent location

    This was my third time at this hotel (my last stay was July 2019). The hotel is located in one of the best locations in Makati, opposite the Greenbelt malls and adjacent to Landmark mall, which is connected to Glorietta and SM malls. The hotel has a very good swimming pool and a good view from the room I stayed in. Although the hotel is 5 starts, but the room I stayed was not a 5 stars (looks like the same room I stayed 7 years ago), particularly toilet is very congested and unorganized (bathtub very small cannot be use by normal person like me) the tissue roll, telephone set, shattaf (the bidet sprayer) all are congested on one place along the wall beside WC, which is awkward and inconvenience (see the photos). My expectation was after 7 years of my last stay at this hotel, I would find the hotel room looks attractive or refurbished, instead I was very disappointed especially for what I’ve paid compared with other 5-star hotels in Makati
