The room was bigger than expected and the service was top class. We ordered room service and they didn't just deliver the food. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready for another 90 minutes. They messaged us at around 4:30 pm saying that the room was finally ready. However, when i asked for late check out, they only gave us a 30 minute extension saying that they are on full capacity. We love this hotel. All the staff from the front desk, bell men are all so accommodating, nice, helpful. The rooms are beautiful, bathrooms large, has everything you need. Bed is super comfortable.
