    Premium prices but budget hotel mindset

    The location is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The front-of-house and housekeeping staff deserve 5 stars—they are genuinely kind and professional.​Unfortunately, the management operates with a surprisingly cheap mindset that ruins the experience. Despite paying premium rates, I was denied a second coffee at breakfast because of a "one-coffee-per-day allowance"—an embarrassing level of nickel-and-diming for a hotel of this caliber.​Furthermore, my specific request to have my laundry folded and packaged was ignored; the shirts were simply returned on hangers, budget-motel style. It’s a shame to see such a great property and hardworking staff held back by a management team more focused on petty cost-cutting than guest satisfaction.
