Great Hotel with One Key Issue

Really great stay overall - beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a proper five-star feel throughout. The food was fantastic, especially the Thai restaurant upstairs, which was a highlight. This place is a slice of heaven. All of the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. Their attention to detail is exceptional - Nicole remembered our morning coffee order after the first day; Ralph was helpful with our daily frozen icetea poolside orders and Nonie always greeted us with a massive smile and readily arranged our daily e-trikes...if we knew everyones names, more are certainly… This place is a slice of heaven.
