The perfect location newly renovated, very clean rooms. It has what you need. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that is affordable and just at the beach. The name of this place is extremely misleading. We were horrified when we arrived there. The entrance is creepy with a dirty grill right at the front steps. The room was cramped and had boarded up windows. The floor was sandy and fashioned from the same outside tile. There is no security and there is a "junk dump" area just b4 getting to the rooms. There was no way we could have stayed there for 6… The name of this place is extremely misleading. We were horrified when we arrived there. OK hotel in a good location near the beach and activities. An average 2 star hotel, my price was good. The service was fine. My fiance and I visited Boracay and stayed in Sun Villa Beachfront for 2 days Last June 2019. We opted for the beach view room but all we had was a room with view of a neighboring house. Their restaurant has the beachfront view not their rooms. The breakfast is average. Room is small and has poor lighting. The mosquito net did not help at all placed on top of headboard area.
