We will not stay at this hotel again. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay for maintenance in the middle of the night. They told us they’d give us an upgrade for the trouble and they put us in a smaller room. After three different rooms we still were put in a room without the same amenities that we had. I stayed at LP Los Portales Hotel Piura with my family in April and we had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning — a perfect start to our days. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. Excellence all over, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Nailea who did provide a great support. My room had a very high ceiling, was spacious and super clean.
