Don’t book the Mountain View

The hotel is located right next to the train tracks. We were given a room on the second floor facing the street. The bathroom had a jacuzzi that was difficult to get in and out of, and it was very slippery.The hotel is located right next to the train tracks. We had an amazing day and cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible staff especially Melissa and Cesar. They made sure that we arrived. They gave us a beautiful room, the head a River view.
