The room was large and the windows so greatly soundproof! The staff was helpful, professional and always here when needed. Unfortunately, my hotel car transfer to the Lima Airport was incorrectly booked, and the driver did not arrive. Rodrigo demonstrated exceptional service by promptly contacting the car company to arrange for a new driver and expedited pickup.
