I was one of the members of our tour group staying at this beautiful hotel in MiraFlores.It is a beautiful hotel: beautifully appointed rooms, very quiet, and in a good location.I enjoyed the free breakfast, although I am puzzled why no one was ever present at the omelette station. No AC despite saying they have it on TripAdvisor
Does not have air conditioning as advertised, it should not be listed as an amenity, we were told there is no AC in the whole hotel. The rooms were nice but room was 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26-27 Celsius. I wish the fridge was empty so you could store leftovers in it. Good location comfortable hotel
We stayed at this hotel as part of our group tour. The location is pretty fantastic, steps away from the Kennedy Park, food/restaurants are around the corner, and the airport shuttle stop is a 5 minute walk away (near the park). The hotel definitely felt more standard business rather than boutique. However, the beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. Customer service are terrible and rude, and bad management.
I arrived in an early morning after a long overnight flight. I was asked to pay extra $120 for early check-in. Then I bargain to $60, but I have to wait 3 more hours. Two men working on the front desk were impolite and not very helpful. Even no exchange of gazes and smile. I won’t come back to this hotel definitely.
