OMG. So good. I had a personal emergency and they were so kind and so accommodating when they had no obligation to do so toward a stranger. I NEVER leave reviews but was so stunned by their swift and kind response that I said I would give them a GLOWING review. And Ibis might be a chain hotel but the employees make it a better stay! Great location. Rooms clean but on the smaller side. Please note - shampoo & conditioner are not provided. Staff were wonderful & accomodating. Everything was clean & breakfast buffet was ample. The only thing lacking were the breakfast bags for the tour groups... 2 pieces of bread with only half a piece of ham, and half a piece of cheese is not adequate. A really decent ‘budget’ hotel which provided a very comfortable room, great shower in the bathroom and tasty food at breakfast time. The lighting is a little dark in the bedroom and the breakfast doesn’t get replenished very quickly, hence my 4* review. Great location and the staff are very friendly with great English. While the hotel is modern, the room was tiny. No fridge or microwave. The shower had no water pressure. Since there was no handheld shower head and the pressure was so minimal, it was hard to clean oneself. There was no complimentary soap and only a bottle of shampoo in the shower. The ac was noisy.
