Good experience overall but disappointed over USB charger hacked

Good rooms, nice breakfast. Was not impressed when I plugged my phone into the USB charger and it stopped working. If you go to this hotel avoid the USB chargers and just plug your charging block directly into the wall. Stayed here with family for a few days on vacation. Had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Place and room were clean and well kept. One of the worst hotels we have been in in many years

We were located here by latam airways when our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. The journey from airport took over an hour. The room was functional with a hot shower and toiletries. Initially hesitant based on the reviews but surprisingly had a comfortable stay for 2 nights in Miraflores. We found the hotel staff being very friendly. The breakfast is the best and very delicious. And even had dinner at the restaurant and very accommodative in serving us the vegetarian food.
