From the carriage of luggage from the airport to the rooms to the super breakfast each morning, varied evening menu, where both Gary and Novelia were always attentive, cheerful and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the even assisted with our limited Spanish. I would stay here again and again!! We arrived in the morning, after a long international flight. They picked us up at the airport and welcomed us with drinks and snacks. Our room, understandably not ready as it was 10a. They have a lovely lobby with plenty of places to relax. We were going to walk around and might have fallen asleep for a little bit.
