We very much enjoyed our stay at Palacio Manco Capac. The hotel is beautifully situated above Cusco and offers a wonderful panoramic view over the city. It is only a short walk downhill to the historic centre. The staff at Palacio Manco Capac made our stay even better - everyone was super helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A special thanks to John for excellent service and helping us learn a little Spanish. And to Carmen too for tips on local knowledge. After travelling the massage was welcome and excellent quality and value. It is an advantage to be above the city as the air is cleaner (important when at high altitude). Stayed here for my partners birthday. Everything about our stay was incredible. The manager, Jose, in particular made sure everything was perfect for her birthday.
