I highly recommend this incredibly peaceful and stunning place! The rooms are perfect for a large family and are extremely clean. The staff is incredibly wonderful.. The hotel manager Raymundo is an exemplary manger that goes above and beyond. His great leadership is reflected through his dedicated staff. Edith was so amazingly accommodating and so kind. This was an amazing place to stay and only about 15-20 minutes from the Ollantaytambo train station. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was beautiful, roomy, and clean! This hotel is beautiful and clean. The bi-level family bungalow looks exactly like the photos online. The setting is peaceful, but keep in mind it’s about a 20-minute drive from the center of town. While the staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the food situation was just okay. The menu is a bit limited for a long stay, and prices for basics like water and coffee were 3-4 times what you’d pay in… This hotel is beautiful and clean. Loved the alpacas at the property with the cozy Andes mountain vibe on the patio and through the dining hall. Balconies were perfect to enjoy the cool fresh air.
