Not a good option to explore Arequipa

The hotel is far from the center, and although Uber is quite cheap (by European standards), I would recommend staying in a hotel closer to the city center so you can explore the old town. The hotel and decor are modern, but the rooms have carpet, which I consider to be outdated and less positive. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel was located a bit away from the cultural center of Arequipa, so, if you are there to sightsee, it will be a bit far from all the tourist attractions.The staff, especially those in the reception, is attentive and helpful.
