Location

The hotel is located on Santa Catalina Street No. 300, opposite the Monastery of Santa Catalina, which is the most important tourist attraction in the city of Arequipa and the only citadel in Latin America. The hotel is 80 metres from the Plaza de Armas and the financial centre of the city.

Facility

The hotel has 47 rooms, including 25 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay.     The hotel is the best in Arequipa! The rooms are big and modern, everything is there. The location is the best - next to all main attractions and on the quite non-traffic street.     The location of this hotel is excellent. Just opposite the monastery and a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. It is set in a beautiful building with lots of comfortable seating areas both inside and out. If you decide to stay here ask for a quiet room as we spent our first night awake until 1am due to an open air night club opposite. The rooms are fairly basic and a bit stark but they do have a kettle and basic tea and coffee supplies and a fridge. Bed is firm.Water pressure in the shower is poor so you get quite cold showering and the towels are very rough. Breakfast is average and the coffee isn’t great but the gentlemen who supervises breakfast is lovely. We had one meal in the restaurant which was fine but the service was a bit confused.     Lovely traditional hotel

    Really lovely traditional hotel in the historical district of Arequipa. Only stayed 1 night as part of a tour but would definitely stay here again. Big comfy bed and good breakfast. Right opposite the monastery and a few minutes walk to the main square. Quite a few nice restaurants close by.
