Conference center short walk outbound; small mall with food court across the street: and Shell convenience store with Juan Valdez coffee in inbound direction. Affordable Uber to old center. Best was small but well equipped gym. Only complaint is watery mess of eggs for breakfast and contaminated/unclean coffee pot; eat out.Perfect location for midtown commercial district. My stay also this second time in Asunción was great. The hotel offers a great service and organizes the pick up at the airport at any time. The hotel rooms are modern equipped. The rooftop restaurant and pool are definitely worth a visit.
