The Good: • Excellent location, just a stone’s throw from two large malls, restaurants, and shops. • Comfortable and well-appointed bedroom with good beds and a nice bathroom/shower. • Pleasant view from the rooftop.The Bad: • Dated and somewhat uninspiring décor. • The rooftop area feels underwhelming — the pool and furniture are not very appealing. • Breakfast lacks variety and feels below expectations.Conclusion:An overall decent hotel, but closer to a 3-star experience than a 5-star. There is significant room for improvement.

The property is in a good location across from a shopping mall with restaurants and close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Superb business stay at midtown commercial district

Perfect location for midtown commercial district. Conference center short walk outbound; small mall with food court across the street: and Shell convenience store with Juan Valdez coffee in inbound direction. Affordable Uber to old center. Best was small but well equipped gym. Only complaint is watery mess of eggs for breakfast and contaminated/unclean coffee pot; eat out.

My stay also this second time in Asunción was great. The hotel offers a great service and organizes the pick up at the airport at any time. The hotel rooms are modern equipped. The rooftop restaurant and pool are definitely worth a visit. I always enjoy the wide variety of the breakfast buffet in the morning.It is a great option to stay in Asunción and you have the Mall del Sol right in front.
