It is just 1 block from the Calidonia business sector, on the major artery of Avenida Espana. It lies just 10 minutes from the Albrook Mall, Multi Plaza and Multi Center shopping centres and only 4 blocks from Balboa Avenue, which circles the beautiful Bay of Panama.

Facility

20 suites and 180 double rooms are available to guests in a 12-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Sketchy neighborhood but OK hotel

The hotel itself is good. It's old, but very clean. The neighborhood is scary. The person who dropped us off is a Panama City native. He told us to not walk around. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to stay in a mesmerizing city!

Check in is 3 PM sharp, after flying a redeye from San Francisco airport, It was tough to wait in such a long line but well worth it. No early check-in. The room is terrific especially for the price. There is a 24 hour grocery store across the street and it was near Cancon Mountain for the hike. I had to finish up my Pensonado visa at the tribunal electoral right across the street. I would definitely stay here. There is a great view of the sunset with the Panamanian flag out the numerous windows. The hotel is nice and clean. Our room is very spacious with a separate bedroom; tv is only in bedroom. Everyone including staff are very nice! The not good: EXTREMELY COLD 🥶 can’t shut a/c off and to turn it up does nothing! We arrived Tuesday and today is Friday and haven’t gotten good rest. We are here at this hotel a week and want to change hotels. Hubby and I are freezing! I currently have on 2 pair of socks, hubby’s parachute pants, 2 shirts and a hoodie! Hubby has on jeans, shirt, socks and hoodie…I did not pack for cold in Panama. I spoke with the front desk several times but nothing. We won’t be back to this hotel and would not recommend especially if you are an older adult who may have sensitivity to cold, hence coming to a hot environment! Wifi didn't work in the entire building, for a foreigner is very hard to stay in contact at the hotel, only the lobby had internet out of the 12 floors.Personnel was very nice and professional!The hotel seem with either very low care or old.
