Just a short drive from the hotel is the Nizwa Souk and lots of other places of interest, including the pottery town of Bahla, ancient houses of Birkat Al Mauz, fascinating Jabrin Castle, Nizwa Fort, the picturesque mountain villages of Al Hamra and Misfah. It is also perfectly placed for adventure safaris deep into Oman's interior and mountain ranges of Jebal Akhdar and Jebal Shams.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis. It's so quiet and relaxing . Everything is very clean and well maintained. The inside is comfortable and very traditional. ALL the staff are so kind , friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Hassan who took care of our room and nothing was any trouble . I felt really looked after.
