A good start to the holiday
Arriving at Bergen airport late afternoon and then picking up a hire car this was a convenient start to our fjords holiday. Buffet dinner and breakfast were both very good. Would stay again

Lack of service
family of five and one overnight stay. We checked in tired after a whole day of travelling. The woman at the service-desk seemed irritated and not particularly service minded.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Poor overall standard. Room was to warm, A/C didn’t work properly, had dirty towels removed daily, without even once getting new clean ones. Extremely poor water pressure...
