I don’t like leaving negative reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We paid almost $1100 for a room that had a view of the buildings rooftops. The people checking in before us paid $800 and had a balcony. I asked the assistant manager to change rooms and he told me nothing was available. Charming hotel with lovely restaurants

What a lovely hotel with super star staff. I had issues with a tour (nothing to do with the hotel) but Karla dd her very best to sort it out. She couldn't have been sweeter or kinder. When we arrived, she patiently dealt with moving our room with a smile. She also booked our dinners - so good. Be sure to stay here! It's charming and small- but don't wait to book. Lovely hotel. Staff were very welcoming. The room was good with lovely views of the fjord and had a double aspect balcony. We ate in the gastro pub (Viking themed) which was a great experience. We had the Viking plank with a flight of beers which was delicious. Breakfast was also good with a great selection to choose from. Wonderful hotel.
