The reception staff were honest in that the hotel doesn’t see a lot of tourists because “Palmy” is not a tourist hotspot.It’s a large spacious hotel with decent amount of parking & good security.Our room was pretty high up with good views across the city - We had a good sized room, with TV, safe & fridge. Can’t fault the customer service. Room was exceptionally clean and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Bed was comfy. Restaurant food was great and staff ever so efficient. My chosen hotel to stay close walking distance to restaurants, bar and mall. Plenty of parking.Only comment. Maybe sheers on windows for privacy when curtains opened.Can’t fault the customer service. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and we all had a wonderful stay. The rooms exceeded our expectations, good size, nice and clean, quiet and very comfy beds!
