A Complete Disappointment!I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was, without comparison, the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had.From arrival, things were off. No on-site parking, fair enough, but instead you are directed to an external provider charging €50 per day, located 5–7 minutes away. Located conveniently in the centrum near Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Staff is friendly and very helpful. This time we didn't have breakfast but last time it was good. Good size room even with extra bed.
