Poor sleep and poor customer service
We booked here for 4 nights, however the bed was so uncomfortable and hard we were unable to finish our stay and only managed to last 2 nights on the torture device they called a bed. Be polite to guests and don't always frown when asked.

i needed to Hotel close to the Station and main town. This Hotel ticks all the boxes, 5 min walk from the mains staion its located in a big shopping centre, and minutes walk from the main city. Checkin was so quick, my room was on the 4th floor, the view was over the shopping centre. The hotel appeared to have problems with the reliability of its room allocation systems. Following a routine check-in, based on a booking via Hilton.com. I got a key and room card. But upon opening the door (without knocking) a man inside rushed towards me. I realized the room was occupied.
