  Amazing location within the mall! Rooms are spacious and hotel staff are warm and very helpful. We had an amazing stay here. Great shopping and dining choices, too many in fact 🤪 breakfast spread was good too!   Good location but lots went wrong!

  We spent 3 nights here (3 couples). On check-in they struggled to find the booking for one couple in the party, blaming their IT system. We had booked a king size room but they gave us a double. The shower made an awful noise which we mentioned to reception; they said their maintenance chap would look at it but there was no improvement through the stay. The room cleaning on the final night was very poor (apart from the fresh towels, we weren’t certain the room had been cleaned!).   My favourite hotel in Utrecht

  2nd time staying, 2 nights for a King bed room on the 8th floor. As expected, I was checked in early and reception staff were accomodating and friendly. I received a plate of pastries and birthday greetings from the staff, nice touch!This is a smallish room, compared to the Premium room, but its also quieter. the toilet was a good size with complemantary toiletries and the rainshower was good pressure. Bed is ok, but still the pillows were less comfortable. I wonder if they would introduce a pillow menu the next time? Usual amenities in-room, like TV, mini fridge, safe, flat iron/board. 2 bottles of still water, coffee machine with pods, water heater provided too.But i think nothing beats this hotel in terms of location, a stone's throw away from Utrecht Centraal, within a mall and walking distance to the Old Town and canals. The rate's a bit more since its the King's Day weekend, but on typical dates its quite reasonable. Add the very friendly and courteous staff, all of them a joy to interact with.Late checkout as an IHG member. I will be back hopefully in Autumn.   The best hotel close to AMS

  Great location and great installations. Also very good amenities. Two bottles of water, bathrobe and safe box all included in room. Very convenient only 30 min by train to Schiphol and a lot less expensive than staying at the airport or in the city. The hoyel is inside a big mall, plentyof restaurants and stores both in the mall and the surrounding. And the city is beautiful.   The hotel is lovely, with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff—particularly the breakfast team, who made us feel very welcome and at home. We truly enjoyed our stay. However, the hotel should consider addressing the situation at the mall entrance outside the property in the evenings, where individuals frequently approach guests asking for cigarettes. When requests are declined, the behavior can become aggressive and uncomfortable. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
