Drab, soulless and ‘cheap’ best describes this hotel. A room where all the expensive went on the television and not the towels, toiletries and kettle. Hangers so brittle that don’t hold clothes. A hand held shower and miniature bath space designed for a 4 foot tall female, a toilet so squashed into a space that standing only is your option if you’re over 5 foot tall. Just to make a statement, this is Mariotte. That alone means high class accommodation and service.We were not disappointed.
