The hotel is in a prime location in a monumental building. The service was excellent. But beyond this you are staying in a budget hotel -- clean good service, but nothing special. We paid extra for a room with a view of parliament but all we saw were trees. Still a decent room since it appears like a lot of their rooms look onto the breakfast atrium.
