My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay for five nights in mid-March. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked the palace gardens.. The staff was uniformly courteous, professional, and efficient. Lorena, in particular, went out of her way to resolve a minor issue with our room. Well located hotel, far enough away from the main centre, but more than close enough to feel part of it. The staff were polite and helpful.It was relatively quiet for the most part inside and out - one evening there were a few people playing snooker at the bar which created a nice atmosphere. Cant fault them on cleanliness - everywhere seemed very clean as far as I could see.I didn't try the break… Well located hotel, far enough away from the main centre, but more than close enough to feel part of it. Fantastic location, very nice lobby, rooms were very spacious and loved the extra area that we could separately put a crib. Also loved our room's balcony.
