Worst customer service ever
I initially chose this hotel because of the view and my great experience with Intel hotels in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. But it was a huge mistake. Worst hotel I ever stayed at in terms of the staff… genuinely felt guilty for staying there and for th working. Gorgeous Beach
This hotel is excellent value for money. It’s very modern and gorgeously designed, and everything feels fresh and stylish from the moment you arrive.My room was splendid — beautiful furniture, very comfortable, and I had truly lovely sea views. Hospitality is dead and buried
Count on inexperienced staff and a management culture that doesn’t prioritise hospitality when you travel here. I wanted to surprise my wife with an upgrade: regular room to a wellness room with sea view, sauna and hot tub. So I had them leave a note in the front desk system to explicitly not (!) mention the upgrade and ruin the surprise. But they seem unable to handle those requests nowadays. The pluses of this hotel are its super location (though a km walk to the tram), pleasant staff and a good breakfast. The minuses are having to book a breakfast slot. It is ridiculous to be on holiday and not have the flexibility of having breakfast when it suits. The excuse it avoids overcrowding might be valid but that should not be the guest’s problem.
