  STAY AWAY! Booked via Expedia, three nights, separate reservations. Confirmed and paid for but when arriving at the hotel all were cancelled by the hotel due to overbooking. Terrible disappointment as well inconvenience. No drink or anything offered, they wanted me out of reception ASAP. Total disrespect of guests. Do not bookSTAY AWAY!   I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in several key areas. The only redeeming quality of this establishment was its prime location near the beach, which made for a pleasant view and easy access to the sand.   We arrived and had to wait for a long time before someone dealt with us at reception. Our TV broke down and could only be fixed the next day. There are serious issues due to lack of staff. Existing staff really tries to help, and they do everything they can.
