The hotel room was very nice. The airconditioning worked perfectly (we had a mini-heatwave while I was in Rotterdam). The view was excellent.The front desk staff, Nadine/Sahrine/Joane were helpful with restaurant recommendations and non-touristy areas to visit.The breakfast area was well appointed and the prices were very reasonable. Great service, rooms were very clean staff were friendly. It was my husbands birthday and they left a small gift and card which was a lovely surprise as we did not mention this on our booking. Centrally located near the Rotterdam Train Station and in the vicinity of restaurants and shopping, we enjoyed a 4-night stay at this hotel. As we did not have a car, we walked or took public transit quite easily. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom. The only downside to our room with one window, was that the lighting was quite dim by the closet. A very comfy bed.
