  One of the worst hotels I've had the displeasure of staying in while traveling in Europe.

  I'm baffled by how this hotel maintains such high ratings on Trip Advisor and Google. I'm wondering if the people who've rated the hotel stayed in the same place I did because these ratings make no sense. I urge anyone reading this review to choose another hotel.   Spacious, modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with quality items to choose from. Complimentary coffee available during the day. Ok location: a 5 minutes' walk from railway station and a tram stop right in front of the property.Somewhat disturbing noise coming from the tramway. A bit cold in the room as heating was not on even if outside temperature was below zero.Spacious, modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with quality items to choose from.   Hotel is nice in the City center about five minutes walk from the busy streets and 10 minutes from the train station.Room was pretty outdated, it was clean but could do with a modern upgrade. Only one wall outlet in the room. Bathroom was clean but when you showered there is water everywhere.   My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good.   The hotel room was clean and good size with basic but pleasant features. All necessary features were available. Bed was comfortable. And all staff were helpful. Will definitely stay again.
