Comfortable, stylish hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I'd like hooks near the door to hang jackets. Minor cleaning issues in the room were fixed promptly upon my arrival. The sound proofing of the room door was lacking - I could hear everything going on in the corridor. Also, there were no locks or bolts in the door, which made me feel a bit unsafe. Possibly one of the best hotel rooms we've ever used. Clean, comfortable and with a terrace, mezzanine floor and triple aspect glazing. The Bruno was fantastic! The location was within easy walking distance to port, which was essential prior to our cruise. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The staff members were very welcoming and all spoke English, proving very helpful for our party. We only stayed 1 night, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with 2 large single beds, large tv with lots of channels, coffee, and tea making facilities, and although coffee capsules were provided, there were no tea bags.Breakfast, as everyone says, was very good with plenty of choice in pleasant surroundings.
