I had a great stay at the room with jacuzzi. I wanted to have a good rest before I would continue my travelling. Room was clean and bed was very comfortabel. Filthy. Booked 2 nights. Suite with “Spa tub” has black bottom. Almost every flat surface has cigarette burn marks, but “non smoking”, upholstered chairs and sofa disgustingly stained. Sewage smell in bathroom. Mentioned all this to front desk, she said “301 is our best room”… I told her that is terrifying. The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood: Delfshaven. It is well connected to the Metro and Tram. The staff members were amiable. I needed special assistance with baggage storage, and it was no problem, although the space in the hotel was minimal.
