Nice hotel with a sea view from my 7th floor room, visited out of season so was fairly quiet and good value. Close to the tram stop therefore is handy for getting around and right next to the strand. Breakfast buffet was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Stayed 4 nights during September for business and it was ideal. Located nearby the beach with many bars and restaurants but also right outside is a bus & tram stop which made commuting very easy! Check in was straightforward and the guys on reception were very friendly and polite. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that set up. I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Nice location, friendly staff and spacious rooms.Room cleanness was not good, I checked in and asked to vacuum the room and clean the garbage from previous guest.
