Overly firm, uncomfortable bed.

This was actually a nice clean hotel with pleasant staff. The breakfast was excellent. However the problem was with the bed. It was VERY firm, so firm in fact that the first night I only got about 2 hours of sleep, I was just too uncomfortable. When talking to the staff I heard that they have had many complaints about their overly firm beds and that administration was looking into trying to do som… This was actually a nice clean hotel with pleasant staff.
